Welcome Pack for Visitors - (Courtesy of Cairns Club)

This is a very practical handout which is given to all visitors who attend meetings, so as they have some background on the meeting and the Toastmasters organisation. These forms provide and excellent blueprint for a club "Welcome Pack" with the addittion of a past Toastmasters Magazine for some general reading.

Welcome Letter -  Introduces the visitor to the material in the pack.

Meeting Roles -  Explains the roles which the members are filling in the meeting

Guest Comment - A feedback form where guests can comment on the experience

Speech Evaluation Form - Marlin Coast

This is a speech evaluation form has 18 individual areas for comment and makes it easier to establish "points for improvement". If you want a broader feed back on a speech, consider asking a number of members to give feedback using this form.
